Clematis and Vines This page is a little different than the other web pages. The clematis are in groups by their usually associated flower color group. Clicking on the pictures will take you to a page that is specific to that variety. Some clematis varieties are very vigorous and take right off while others take a while longer to get established into a good flower producing plant. Most clematis are very long lived. I know of plants that are over 25 yrs. old, getting bigger and better with each passing year. Many of the varieties listed here are well know and well tested in local NW gardens. The groups are in the following order with informational pages at the bottom. Enjoy!
